folks, I am using my new iPhone for 4 days now and I see several issues:
1. It is regularly dropping wifi and not automatically connecting back
2. I have issues with bluetooth in car play

Is it a common thing?

I keep having Wi-Fi issues on my iPhone XS Max, which disconnects frequently from my 2.4 GHz router. My iPhone SE sitting next to it has better performance consistently. Both are on 12.0.1.

just search the web, it is a pretty big issue. surprised you haven't heard about it....

The orginal topic is about LTE, intel modem and anntenas. Wifi and bluetooth connections are supported by different soc. LTE use 4x4 MIMO and Wifi use 2x2 MIMO

Yes, it's called CONNECTIVITY-Gate. I had issues with my XS Max utilizing car bluetooth to make calls. My calls would some times never ring the other person, then drops. Exchange your phone.
