iPhone XS XS Front Facing Camer and Face ID Scanners Nit Working.

I received my iPhone XS on Friday I’ve not had a single drop or slip but suddenly today Face ID stops working. I jump into the camera app and both rear cameras work but when i switch to selfie mode, I got a black screen. I do my research, close all the apps, reset Face ID, do a hard reset then a full erase and install. Nothing works.

I get on chat with Apple Support, they run a diagnostic and confirm both the camera and face ID sensors failed. Looks like I’ll need a replacement.

Anyone else having this issue?

They told me I should try to have T-Mobile swap it out (who I ordered it from) and if that doesn’t work to bring into store.
