I’m using one and it works great. It’s a little wobbly and my pictures don’t seem to be turning out so well, but I’m guessing that unrelated.

If it's a silicone or a TPU case you could try to tweak it with a razor knife. That'd temp it for you.

Heck, if it's leather, you could go at it with a knife. It'd look like cr@p, probably, but you just need to clear the camera area.

Frankly you could go phone-naked for a couple days. Unless you're clumsy or cursed by the laws of gravity.
