I've been having an issue with my phone and am curious if anyone else has it and if anyone has found a solution.

When I unlock the phone (with Face ID) and then swipe up to the home screen, the home screen appears, but with parts of whatever was on the lock screen sticking around for about 1 whole second. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it's very annoying. It can even include notifications, overlaid over my apps. It happens virtually every time.

I've attached a screenshot, where you can see both the clock and the flashlight/camera icons overlaid on my home screen.

Have you tried rebooting the phone or doing a “reset all settings” in settings > general > reset?

Haven’t noticed this with my Max. Just locked and unlocked a couple times to see also. Maybe a restore might help to resolve it?
