iPhone XS Max Xs max unlock to home

Is there a way the phone can unlock to home instead of the lock screen after face lock verification? Only thing I miss about my 7.

Nope. You can swipe up as you pull it out of your pocket and then after it unlocks it will go to the home screen.

It would be nice to see Apple at least make this an option, I've seen it requested many times. On the 8 they allow you to go directly to the home screen upon unlocking with a fingerprint, why not allow the same with Face ID?

I also miss this feature... Face id doesn’t support that feature unfortunately. Hope they find a way to implement it well with the new system
