iPhone X Xs or Xs Max

I currently have a 256 iPhone X and will definitely be upgrading via IUP, but not sure whether to go with the Xs which has been very nice to use, pocketable, and a very convenient size. Or, to go with iPhone Xs Max with the larger screen and more landscape usability.

I'm sure others are in the same boat, so just want to hear your thoughts.
