Other XS Ships on 9/21... Slap in the face to X owners?

I am assuming he meant for people that got the iPhone X on the carrier plans, which means now they have to pay two months worth of payments to "catch up" and meet the 50% paid off requirement to upgrade. Then they have to turn around and pay the tax for whichever iPhone Xs they want to pre-order Friday. So three payments in total they have make to get a Xs.

Glad I buy outright.

Honestly though, this year might be a skip for me.

Surely anybody who bought the X in November last year could have guessed that it was delayed due to production and that it’d be quite likely 2018’s model would return to a September launch.

Why would people complain about that? Most X owners are going to upgrade to the Xs/Max, esp if they're a part of the upgrade program.

They always say that. And it usually ships earlier and you do get it on 'launch' day to line up with the people who still line up at a store. The few that do. 😀

Entitled much? Some people just need a reason to complain. The new phones are coming and people are still complaining. I suppose you could wait a month to order it... would that help?

Apple's real slap in the face is not updating the iPad Mini in 3 years, not updating the Mac Mini in 4 years, and not updating the Mac Pro in 5 years.
