you will honestly get better battery by a lot, but if I were you I'd just spend the extra $100, get a tiny bit more of a lot better battery life, and those new cameras with 11. Assuming you're willing to move up to a bigger screen and forego the telephoto for a wide angle and OLED for an LED

I did it and noticed a big improvement in the battery department.

Easier on my eyes and pocketbook.
