Xserve and Leopard

I need to buy a Xserve and some MacBook Pro and would like to know before buying them if is better to wait until the server version of Leopard is released.
How soon is it going to be available?
What do you recommend.

The XServe is in dire need of an upgrade, and its possible that will come with Leopard server...

For stability purposes I would postpone the usage of Leopard, as there always seems to be compatibility problems in the beginning with any number of applications.

i personally would wait for Leopard. there are tons of new features.

The problem with that is if you then want Leopard server you have to pay alot of money for it.
