yahoo and gmail questions

I'm not sure how to fix the gmail sent emails being sent to my inbox as copies, also I cannot activate my yahoo email account on my iPhone and was wondering if theres an explantion - thanks

ok so this is how i did it for my blackberry but i'm not sure how to follow up on my iphone, if anyone can help it'd be much appriciated!

you have to set up a filter in gmail that sends all email from your own email address to the trash
