iPhone Yahoo News Forces App Use

Up until yesterday, there was an annoying pop up stating that Yahoo news was better in the app, but gave me a choice to continue on the website. I have an iPhone 6 with 16gb, and I don’t want to sacrifice the available storage capacity, since I’m quite happy to read news on the website. My settings block pop ups, and I have no idea how to stop Yahoo hijacking my screen telling me to download the app. The only choice given is to download the app.

Anything Yahoo makes nowadays is garbage, sadly.

You're better off with Google or Apple News.
