Yalu jailbreak for iOS 11.1.2/11.2. Legit?

The video states that it's currently compatible with iOS 11.1.2 and 11.2 betas and they will be releasing a tool to jailbreak 11.2 shortly after it's official release.

Can this actually be real??!? Is this happening??!

Anybody wanna actually try it out? There's a lot of comments that make it seem like it's worked for some people. I'm at work and have no way of restoring if something goes wrong otherwise I'd already be on it.

Watched the video a few times and couldn't help notice that the whole time while doing the JB, from going to the website to downloading from the app store, the phone was in AIRPLANE mode. How can that be? I say it's fake.

It’s gotta be. The video is several weeks old but there’s nothing going on in this section or the jailbreaking subreddit.

Admittedly I jumped with this thread before noticing the date or doing a little digging.

Tried it, and it doesn't work. It just directed me to the app store to download some Yahoo news app.

So it’s looking more and more like Apple has finally killed JailBreaking...? Sad times. I upgraded from my Jailbroken 6Plus to a stock IPhone 8 Plus. Using a stock IPhone is pretty lame, especially when most of your friends and family have android phones.

There’s a jailbreak for 11-11.1.2 tho so it’s not officially been killed off.
