So I have a folder with about a gig of files in it.

1) If I rename the folder, will Time machine back the whole lot up again with the new folder name? Or is it smart enough that only the folder changed and not the files?

2) How about if I moved the folder into another folder or to a different location?

Sorry that was two questions, but as useful as Time Machine is, :apple: doesn't really explain all that much about how it works.

It only saves changes, so it'll save both paths that have had before. It shouldn't back everything up again.
