Report it stolen to apple, they will blacklist the serial # and return the computer to you if it ever goes in for repairs or anything. Secondly, keep a lookout for it on kijiji. More than likely it'll come up for sale in Toronto as a macbook air without a charger (unless they got the charger too).
The last thing you can do is make sure you have data on your iPhone, and get notifications when its found and jet to the location.

No other location other than what was already given. This is what I got.

But I can still track it randomly so they're still trying to get in but I don't think they keep it on long enough to track the other location.

If they're still trying to get into the laptop, then they aren't able log onto a wifi network. So how is it reporting a location?

I'm not sure. This screenshot was from yesterday. When I open Find my Mac it reports that it's offline. But I still got an alert yesterday which means that they must've connected to the internet. Maybe a public Wifi network? I'm not sure.

That's a good idea. So I called Apple, I even asked them to track it but they said that's only on the users end. Suggested I file a police report and bring it into local Apple store so they can't go wipe it from there. I'm going to scan Kijiji. Good idea.

Also check Craigslist and local classifieds. When emailing the dirtbag make up an email address and name.

Set it to ring so if they boot it again it is going to make them pee themselves at least.

Similar story happened to a buddy of mine, but he actually tracked it down and found the guy at Starbucks using it. Ugliness ensued. Bottom line: the thief won't be perpetrating anymore thievery. Police show up and ask, "What happened here?" Nobody saw anything - at least not that they'd admit. On top of the grievous bodily harm suffered by the thief I think he actually crapped his pants at some point. That's adding insult to injury! :D

Perfect. What goes around comes around.
