Has anyone noticed the camera appear overly yellow on screen when capturing video and or photos?

It's been like that since the day I unboxed my iPhone7Plus but this evening I compared it with my wife's iPhone 6S and it definitely has a yellowish appearance on screen.

Could it be a software issue or a camera one?

My replacement iPhone 7+ had a yellowish screen. I googled how to fix and now my yellow screen.

Generally, you can put any two LCD screens next to each other and they will look different. If it works ok, you can either a) forget about it, or b) adjust the color balance as StaceyM suggested.

But I'm finding even the camera if I touch an area to focus on there's a burst of yellow and it's too bright.

Well it's all adjustable, just like a real camera. If you're convinced it's not normal let Apple look at it.
