I’m liking silver still- been caseless for the last two days. I think my second choice would be graphite. 🤣
My launch day 128GB 13 PM in Silver has a bit of noticeable uneven tone - distinctly red at the bottom and blue at the top which others have noted - was a bit irritating. Managed to pick up a 256GB 13PM in Graphite from John Lewis in the UK which was delivered a short time ago and it's distinctly better thankfully with a nice white even screen.
I was about to return the Silver and wait it out with a new order. So there are better screens out there. Brightness on both fine.

I am just about dead certain today that the white point is changing *without True Tone turned on.* I had it shift dramatically over the course of a 30 minute usage of the phone this afternoon, and then shift back. Wish I could “lock” it to a crisp cool goodness that it occasionally hits! I’m tempted to fire off a few emails about it and see if I can’t confirm that it’s happening.
Silver is my second favourite colour, that chrome stainless steel really pops 👌 might get silver when I get my next iPhone in 5 years time. 😁 hopefully by then they've ditched samsung or oled, preferably get rid of both, the force with the red tint is strong, I was wondering why the apple store lights looked more red that white when I was there, must be these new iPhones. 😂
Welcome to the club, mine looks brighter on side, also depending on its mood, it also has a red tint, typical OLED trash limitations.
Same here, last night it looked yellow one minute, next minute it looked white, wonder what the heck apple is doing. 🤦♂️

My M1 MacBook Pro with its gorgeous LCD screen is flawless, might go back to using a iPhone 8 Plus. 😂
There really not but they are like the exact same panel but brighter since it's the pro.
Both look like heaven compared to my garbage, If I keep getting irritated with this display, it'll be going back on my terms, no courier return, then pickup crap. 🤦♂️ need more coffee, think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. 😂
Pictures aren’t super helpful for this sort of issue when the camera itself has a white balance, usually left to automatic
I've posted pictures of mine next to a 11/12 Pro Max on previous pages 👆 check them out, mine looks lifeless next to them, has a red tint, also dimmer than them models, didn't even have to say anything to apple support when he saw the photos, he agreed that the other phones look better.
Each one has a it’s positives and negatives. One things for sure. They all have character. 🤣

Yep, but they look lifeless compared to other devices, also noticing a bit of red tint from time to time. 🤷♂️
I know there is no such thing as a perfect oled panel, one of the reasons I can't be bothered playing the screen lottery, but I'd like one with the correct brightness, and no red tint.
