They’re sending it out, might be a while though, then a courier will come and collect my phone, if store restrictions are lifted by the time it arrives, I can take mine back to a store.

Yep, box and all, even the apple bag, not the bag 😂 seal the box, put the return number on it, then wave it good buy with the courier. You end up getting a proof of return slip from the courier. 🧐🧾

I found the Apple leather cases a bit slippery last year. Not sure if it’s changed this year or not.
