yellow triangles appear for keyboard shortcuts when there's no conflict

I've had these yellow triangles with the white exclamation points next to my spotlight and exposé keyboard shortcuts for a while now. It shows a conflict even when spotlight is set to the default ⌘+Space. I've tried resetting the keyboard shortcuts and I've clicked the triangles to try and find the conflict, but nothing shows up as conflicting.

This isn't a major issue, everything seems to work fine. This just kinda bugs my ocd.

I have the same problem!!!! And I can't figure out how to fix it. It seems to be making my Spotlight search take forever to open as well when I press Command+Space. There is nothing else tied to those keyboard shortcuts. I already tried going to deafult. Please help.

The yellow boxes are telling you something else also made those shorts theirs (see the Apple document If a keyboard shortcut doesn’t work). So open System Preferences->Keyboard, Keyboard Shortcuts and search want other program is using those shortcuts.
