yellowsn0w does not work

Hey guys,
Ive jailbroken two locked 3G iPhones 2.2 and installed yellowsn0w from Cydia. One of them works perfectly and the other wont make any calls. I never updated the phone to 2.2.1. How can I make it work?? Thanks.
