yet another problem on Mac Classic screen

From time to time Classic instead of booting up shows the following screen:

Very strange. Maybe someone is familiar with solution?

This kind of issue usually has something to do with the Mac not seeing a boot disk. Maybe check the hard drive connection.
 
The problem is that if it starts to happen it continues to occur also without hd connected. Then - it needs some time (a day) to rest
