Just saw this in my Activity app. For those who haven’t done yoga before, are you going to give it a go?
I don’t do yoga but I am up for it :)

I’ve never done Yoga in my life, I consider this as a thing for hippies and I don’t like hippies. I just want to throw rocks at them.

But I will try, which I am sure I will struggle a lot, as I can’t bend nor touch my feet with my hands.

Would you recommend a video to follow very easy, just 20 min?

Just done a quick search on YouTube and found this

No. I have never done this and getting this medal would feel like cheating for me.

Maybe follow a video? I don't think it is cheating unless you are planning to start a workout and do nothing :)

I'm a 72 year old male, and have done "Silver Sneakers" yoga, and found that it greatly improved my balance, flexibility, and generally allowed all of my movable parts to do so more easily. It's not a "hippie" thing, it's an easy, but worthwhile activity.

That's awesome to hear! Good to know the benefits of doing Yoga :)

I started yoga when I was close to retirement, and went with a friend. It's mostly stretching, with a little calming and breathing. It took awhile, but the benefits are unmistakeable: better balance and flexibility. Some yoga teachers are more spiritual than others. Find one that works for you.
If you've never done yoga before, I wouldn't consider this badge cheating if you did it today. It may be the start of something good for you.

I,ll be honest, I did 25 minutes of strength training, I would have done anyway, and had it count as a Yoga workout. But since it was own-body-weight centered and honest workout, my consciousness is relatively clean. At least, I had Yoga on my mind all the while.

Congrats to all brave souls, who earned the award doing real Yoga.

I did 21 mins of yoga in the garden tonight after my run, inspired by this (as I hadn't done it in a while), and actually might continue to do it following my runs in future because I feel a lot more relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep. I think this really helps post run to stretch out and just calm down.

True. I did 24 minutes of yoga, and 57 minutes of walking. I also did not get badges for any of the rings today, and should have all of them: perfect week stand, move, exercise and all.

It will show up eventually, you might have to restart both devices. I have been experiencing some bugs since 13.5.1, for example, my streak didn't show on the 3 & 4 June but I didn't miss them.
