Hey, i am about ton sign up for a vacation course, and i am thinking Yoga. But i have never done it and i have no idea what to expect.
i go to the gym everyday of the week, so i am not looking for something strenuous, I also am not a fan of being extremly stretched.
If anyone has done yoga or know about it. Do you have advice?
