It was hardly sarcastic. It was clearly crap information that you hand out in a matter of fact way.

I am sorry that i didn't add my three dots at the end of the thing and didn't put the sarcasm tags on it earlier. There is no logic for why there would be no pirated Beatles music. It is just as easy to rip something from a physical CD as it is to take a song from iTunes and put it on a file sharing network, torrent it or place it on a hosting site. It's not as if those pirating music would suddenly find it a good idea to collectively boycott stealing The Beatles catalog...

They are mentioned as being the most popular artist of all time, if not one of the... clearly there is demand and clearly their music would get stolen.

Your logic is semi flawed. Anyone who has "stolen" their music has already done so. Anyone who wants their music on their iPods has made it happen. People who give a sh*t about The Beatles on iTunes are simply wandering around looking for something to bitch about.
