macOS yosemite 10.10.3 (beta) and app store publishing

Hi, can someone confirm if you still can publish applications to app store after installing this version? Apple update ask me to install it every day and it's hard to resist. I was blocked in 10.10.2 even if I had a non-beta Xcode version.
