Having installed Yosemite, my Canon iP90 printer is no longer printing from MBP! Canon have advised they don't plan a driver update. WTF? I just spend €100 repairing the printer.

Does OS X have any drivers for the printer? I found Canon is mostly relying on OS X provide drivers instead of developing its own

I've had a look and installed CanonPrinterDriver 3.2dmg but still no joy with the iP90

I also have this printer, but unable to use it on osx. Just sticked it with my Windows desktop.

Doing a quick google search (so I may be wrong on this), it appears the Canon iP90 was released around 2005. If that is true, then it is a 10 year old printer and it makes sense how Canon isn't really supporting it any longer with new drivers and how isn't either.

Try searching for /guttenprint....the prog that works for my 'old school' Epsons 100x printer via OS X/Yoesimte.

guttenprint has lots of printer drivers for various makes/models of printers.
