Yosemite filevault log in bug?

Every time firevault starts during log in, it resets my wallpaper and adds a new window (i dont know what this feature is called).

First i only had 3 and now i can swipe through all 5 same desktop windows, is there any way to fix this? i only want a single desktop window running, no need to swipe through different ones

edit: running on MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012)
