Yosemite not available in the Australian Store

I am trying to upgrade from snow leopard to Yosemite, is it possible? since my App Store says Item Not Available (The item you've requested is not currently available in the Australian Store).

If you had not previous downloaded Yosemite you will be unable to download it from Apple. Have to get it from someone or a torrent. 🙁
