Yosemite Spotlight problem

Apparently apple has changed spotlight web search from google to bing. My problem is either bing or spotlight suggestions are available in Sweden for some reason. All I get is history and bookmarks. I used this a lot to quickly google something.

Is there a way to change it back to google?

Can't change search engine in spotlight settings. Changing to duckduckgo in safari did not do anything in spotlight. Thanks anyway.

From the looks of this it is hard coded into Spotlight.
