Yosemite taking forever to download

Yes I was stuck for like 10 mins, dont restart - just let it finish whatever its doing... I was actually upgrading from Mavericks.

Ok thanks. I am upgrading from Mavericks as well. I'm on a rMBP.

OMG it's been 10 minutes and its still taking awhile to finish installing.

It took me 20mins to download. It's now installed along with Xcode 6.

It downloaded in record time but install taking forever... ohh wait 1 minute remaining now... as I am typing this... LOL! 😀
