Yosemite User Switching?

I just got a new Mac Mini, with Yosemite 10.1 installed, and migrated over several user accounts. From the login page, all users are visible and can be selected for login. But once one user is logged it, I do not see a way to switch users unless that user explicitly logs out.

There is no longer a switch user button in the top menu bar, and if the computer goes to sleep the only options it provides on waking are to login with the same user or cancel. Previous OS versions let you select from a user list when waking.

Am I missing something? Is there an option somewhere that has to be set? Or has this functionality been removed from Yosemite? It would be a real bummer if the previous user forgot to log out when leaving...

Go to System Preferences → Users & Groups → Login Options.

Then click on the lock button on the bottom left of the window and authenticate with your password to unlock it. Then check 'Show fast user switching menu as...' and select the desired option.
