I don't know about ordering pizzas or why that's allowed (or if it even works when you're in motion), but it doesn't take a genius to realize why it would be a bad idea for people to be playing videos while driving.

then allow it to play when not in motion
 
I finally saw an actual commercial on TV for this last night. Didn't seem to explain that you needed to set up favorites to use it.
