Thought I would put the note out there for anyone that is looking to run Snow Leopard on a virtual machine to use any powerpc apps.
I had a late 2011 MacBook Pro that I was able to get Snow Leopard working on in a different partition, but recently moved to a 2015 model where creating a partition for snow leopard is not possible.
Thanks to some advice over on Apple's discussion forum, I found out you can still buy Snow Leopard server from Apple by phone only
From my understanding, it is only available for US & Canada
The Apple Part Number is MC588Z/A
$19.99 (for US customers)
$27.99 (for Canadian customers)
No charge for shipping

It took the advisor several minutes to figure out how to find the item and place the order, but it worked. Make sure to verify the part number because they almost sent me the regular edition.
