    You don't need to have used an Apple trackpad to know that.

    ...when you try and make your iPhone click down.

    You use touch gestures on your significant other and a) nothing happens that you expect, or b) your evening becomes a bit more interesting, or c) ... :eek:

    I never fully understood why my room mate insisted on using a mouse with his laptop. He would almost always have one plugged in.

    I am generally stuck on a Windows desktop all day so never really had a chance to use a trackpad on a Windows machine. I recently was given a laptop to use by my client so started trying to use the trackpad like the one on my Mac. Holy crap is that thing horrible. I finally understood why the room mate uses a mouse with his laptop all the time.

    It honestly does surprise me just how bad Windows trackpads are!!

    I tried to pinch to zoom on the touch screen for the big plotter at work.. Nothing happened.
