Yeah, I guess it’s more of a novelty for a lot of Apple fans. I wouldn’t be surprised if Apple cuts the price next year as demand for it goes down.

I should’ve just bought it when I saw it, just bought it now delivering Jan 6th to Jan 20th, but I assume it’ll be offered in store and when it does I’ll cancel my order and pick up in store

This is spot on. This is just a reminder that if you’re a price shopper Apple just isn’t for you, and they’re OK with that. Apple doesn’t play on price. If you’re about price they’d happily refer you to Android or Microsoft. For Apple it’s about experience.

Seriously folks if you can’t hang buy a Pixel… or worse, a Samsung!

This thing has become THE joke gift to get this holiday season. Exclusive incredibly expensive microfiber cloth with an Apple logo.

It's like AirPods all over again.

Laugh all you want, car detailing product companies sell their own "special" cloths for even more than Apple's and they have no shortage of customers.
