I'd substitute another adjective for brave, but that's neither here nor there.
I'm still trying to figure out what your initial post has to do with customer service. It doesn't sound like you were even a customer, just a passerby who got heckled.
Yet you wasted seconds of your life by writing a meaningless reply to the thread...

I'm still not sure if this is two girls who are going out, a guy and a girl who are going out, or a girl who refers to her female friend as a girlfriend....
Either way, you guys are being a little harsh wouldnt you say? How many rows with staff did you sort out on your own when you were 14?
Also, for those of you complaining about why this is on these forums, perhaps you'd care to look at the small note under the link to the Community Discussion board... I'll quote it for you:
If you feel you wasted your time reading this, then who cares! You wasted even more time telling us you didnt like it. The OP said he/she/they wanted to vent and that's exactly what they did. Now I'm doing the same 😛
OP, they certainly shouldnt have been so patronizing and rude towards you (the T-Mobile guys, and some of the other posters in this thread for that matter), maybe next time, if it happens again, send a letter to a higher up office noting down the location of the event and the time, they will know who was on staff if the person doesnt give you their name.
