Even though AVP costs $3500, I’m willing to bet someone person or group of people will try and jail brake it and try to load software sideways. To brick a $3500 device has to the most gut wrenching feeling in the world for me.

I’m willing to bet you’re right. There are YouTube channels that buy new iPhones just to destroy them on camera, why would this be any different? I mean if the channel makes $50,000 off of a video then spending $3500 is worth it. I’d consider that a good return on investment.
I’m not sure what the point of jailbreaking it would be other than just access some settings that weren’t available. I don’t think you can make it work with a PlayStation or for PC gaming but who knows
Very popular YouTube channels can make a good amount of money.... enough that one YouTuber decided that faking a flight emergency and crashing his plane would be a good stunt for business.... oh well... now he faces up to 20 years in prison... that is going to hurt his YouTube business.

Given Apple's 16+ years with jailbreaks they'll find a way to close the gap.
