Yep....it's been a news story for a few weeks ;-)

Google has released their own version on the app store though.

It's way better too 🙂

Im sure that a large % of people didnt knew that until they updated to ios6 or got the new iphone mate, old news for most people in these forum though 🙂

Yup, but it sucks much more; typical Google, ad-laden garbage, and nothing for iPad, yet.

I tried the app, but initially I'm sticking with the web app. Better laid out for me, especially the grid view

the app isnt optimized for the iphone 5. there is also no ipad version. so, yes the web version is better

Definitely try Jasmine, it's free anyway. One good point about it is that it loads the standard quality over 3G, while the new YouTube app loads poor quality ones over 3G. Plus it's got a nice sleek interface, supports iPhone 5 & iPad.
