No-one here knows your own personal tastes. No-one can tell you what strap, size, colour or metal you should get. All you will get by asking others is their opinion which is entirely influenced by their own personal tastes, and you will have no way of knowing if their tastes align with yours, and even then it still won't matter.

When Apple say this is their most personal device yet, they weren't kidding. You need to decide for yourself by trying them on in-store. If you do want a second opinion or advice, get it from someone who knows you well and can join you in-store.

I'm just surprised how many people are expecting to make their decisions based on anonymous and impersonal feedback on an online forum.

Remember: no-one else will regret your decisions for you. Only you know what's right for you.

Your not being negative and I agree with what you say. I NEVER ask for peoples opinions when it comes to clothing, watches, cars etc etc. I have been collecting Mechanical watches for decades and can tell you its Completely Personal for me. I don't even tell people what I pay for them incase they faint

I ordered the 42mm SS with Link Bracelet and have come across threads saying its ugly and reminds them of a 70s Bracelet, this makes me extremely happy as it makes no difference what others say. I knew from day one what I will order and no one on this earth can change my mind. I dislike most of the other bands but it shouldn't matter to others.

Eh, I don't know. I found fellow forum member Bunnicula's input and observations to be helpful when I was going through my decision making process.

At the end of the day, if it doesn't all work out, I'm blaming my dog. We blame everything on the dog. Half the time she is guilty. When she isn't, she doesn't care anyway.
