As I understand the call forwarding issue was to be address in the 8.01/02 update. My phone still fails to complete the conditional forwarding un my iPhone 6 Plus with 8.02.

Is anyone experiencing the the same thing or have a solution?
 
Can you set up call forwarding through your carrier instead of doing it directly on the phone?
