Your boss ... outstanding or not?

My boss at the hospital i give a -10000 she ****ing sucks at life. Thou i hug her for some odd reason.

But yes back to her sucking, she slept her way to the position (fact) and she hates everyone below her and she hates me especially because she can't fire me. I got hired by director of pathology because i volunteered for 4 years for him. So the lab manager isn't the happiest being on earth about me, and barely gives me any hours (going to go apply to borders soon).

But i LOVE most of my coworkers, taking one out to the movies and dinner tomorrow night after i come home from red sox game.

she is a 9. She'd get 10 but her lack of experience sometimes makes her impossible, but I handle her ok. i dig her lots.

My boss would get a 5. He's neither good nor bad.

My manager gets a 0!
After a year in the job she still can't do the work properly.
It took her 5 attempts and 15 minutes to update 1 series in 1 chart in Excel for f**ks sake!
She gets given statistical work (she has a degree in statistics and is studying for a masters) from our boss and she gives it to me to do.
I have no statistical qualifications!!
The most annoying thing she does is:
She'll have a spreadsheet open and then ask me to make changes to it while she goes for a coffee break, but she leaves the file open on her machine so I either have to save it a s a different file or more likely wait until she's back and then tell her she left it open.
Oh, I could go on and on and on...

I did find out the other day that she thought Anna Kournikova was a type of snake!
