Hi All,

Every time I try to switch of my 2015 MBP, I get the above message - when shutting it down it restarts stating a problem asking me to press any key to continue & then restarts & then it will switch off fine. Upon starting it again, I get the message again asking me if I wish to send a report to Apple. This happens every time so before any issue gets worse, I would like to identify & eliminate whatever is causing the problem(s) before anything bad/worse happens.

Please note, I am not computer savvy but will try to follow instructions as best I can. I have taken screen-shots of the report but do not know what any of it really means so would be grateful if anyone can please identify what the issues are & how to resolve them!

Many Thanks!

From the first image, it appears to be a USB related problem. Unplug all USB peripherals and try again.
You could have copied the text from that report and pasted it here.

Hi,

Thank you for the kind reply - I do use a Belkin Laptop Cooler with the MBP connected via the RHS USB Port - I will disconnect it to see if that changes anything & will report back in due course.

Is there anything else in the report that is causing issues or needs addressing please?

Many Thanks!
