Your experience with ISP Tek Savvy

Hello, anybody in Ontario Canada tried his ISP? How good are they compared with Bell and Telus?

I've always considered them but have heard less than favourable things about their service.
I also recall there being a delay between when I could cancel my existing service and activate theirs, which was off putting.

I've been with them for about 4 years. Don't have any complaints. Had a problem with my DSL line, they had a Bell tech come to the neighbourhood and fix the problem next day.

What is the relationship between this company and Bell tech?
