Mine are vodka gimlets, rum and cokes, tequila and cokes, and wine...what are yours. Provide directions if you can...I need some variety in my alcoholism...

I like a nice mai tai..I use this recipe quite often.Came up with it after numerous trials and errors:
If you drink two I am not responsible.
1 oz white rum
1 oz gold rum nice and amber
1/2 oz orange cauracao
1/2 oz amaretto
1 1/2 oz roses lime juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
splash of grenadine syrup
float of nice dark rum Goslings is really good as is Myers.
Put all ingredience except grenadine and dark rum in a tumbler without ice and stir.
Add ice until full to 1/4 inch from top of glass.
splash in grenadine.
Gently float dark rum over ice until nice dark layer is visable. If you want to speak a different language,float some 151 on top of that.
A must! Garnish with a pineapple chunck and a marachino cherry on a long drink spear.

At home? Red Bull (sugar free) and vodka. Also love Wyder's Pear Cider. (Currently having a Blue Moon.)

I have a few "favorite" drinks depending on the season/weather...
Wine (heavier reds in the winter, white and light reds in the summer)
Scotch on the rocks (good anytime, really)
Bourbon on the rocks (requires decent bourbon, good anytime)
Gin & Tonic (best summer drink EVER)
Beer (which one depends on the season, right now it's Sam Adams Summer Ale)

my favorite mixed drinks are mint juleps, vodka martinis and white russians. overall alcoholic favorites are vodka shots and beer (bass, mgd, asahi). soju, kind of like sake, is all right.
Rum and coke! and studio 60 is on right now, not my favorite episode but it still has 15 minutes left.

I tend not to drink Vodka as I know the effects are not too pleasant.
