Those Tumis sure look nice. However, I just picked up a bag set from Booqbags.com and it came with a backpack, a shoulder bag, a phone case, and a PDA case. :) I like the look of it and I'm thinking about getting their sleeve for my 15" PB when they get them back in stock.

I have the Kensington Apple Logo Saddle Bag, and I love it. It is nice and padded to protect my iBook, and it is roomy to store just about anything I want to put in it. It's very durable and it looks great. I highly recommend it.

I have this bag without the Apple logo, and find it to be the best.

Too bad I think that it is being discontinued. Micro Center had it in a large bin at a nice blow out price. Too bad I already had one.

I bought a tucano neoprene sleeve for my 12 inch ibook, and it didnt even fit. It was to tight. So i took it back to Frys for a refund. So i definately wouldnt recomend one of those. :D

The Tom Bihn sleeve is great

Hi:

I prefer a sleeve because then I can carry my 15" PowerBook in a briefcase, backpack, or whatever. My favorite is made by Tom Bihn, and is very reasonably priced and really well made:

I have a Samsonite Executive backpack for my work (Windows) laptop. I like because it is built as a tank (necessary for me, I'm on the road 75% of the time and have already destroyed two no-name laptop bags), and it has many pockets and organizer divisions for all my gadgets and cables. It is a bit heavy, though, but very confortable to carry (especially when running through airports). It doesn't look too fashionable, though.

You can see a picture of it here .

As for looks, I love the OGIO backpacks, especially this one.

Are you still in high school? Backpacks in college look truly stupid. In high school though, they'd probably all call you "gay" if you had messenger bag...

wow... you're not in college, are you? Well, I am, and EVERYONE has a backpack with only a small small minority of people either using a shoulder bag or carrying their books.

oh and I am a big fan of sprie bags :)

But can they take a 5 foot drop :)
Last year when I attended the WWDC the guy from Brenthaven put his 15" Aluminum in the backpack, closed it, raise his arm straight in front of him and drop the bag on the concrete. He open the back took out the PB, no dent nor scratch, then he open the screen and everything still work.
It used to cost $179+tax now it's only $129+tax. It worth every penny of it.
I have one for my 17" PB, so does my wife for her 15". We love it.

Yeah that's very true. And that guy was very brave, even though it was a Brenthaven. :)

I love my brenthaven bag. I think it looks nice and not outrages. I was thinking of also getting a timbuk 2 bag also to changed up
