Ooh, what's a lucky bag?
Many shops sells you a bag with stuff in you don't really now until you opened it; but with some good price cut. Its a bit of a gamble, too.

So you pay 33'000 yen and get stuff for more then that. Sometime people to lucky in the past and en found iPads or MBP in their lucky bag.

Beside that looks like Apple has a (temporary) 10% cut for many of their products.
