Not sure where to post this.
Got this email after a purchase on the apple store. How to access this gift card? does not show up when i try to make another purchase or anywhere
 
Thanks Guys but why Apple had to make this so cryptic or mysterious i will never get.
I checked the junk folder - nothing in there, and the inbox has an an email with the title of this thread and link to my order.

Spoke Apple CC. There is a problem with hotmail and co.uk email addresses.
They will email the gift card to a new email of mine so it should get sorted now.

I have the EXACT same problem and came here hoping to find answers. I checked ALL my folders and couldn’t find the gift card email. Thank you for letting me know about the hotmail problem. But that still makes no sense to me as I get all my other emails from Apple at my Hotmail address. Including the receipt for the Black Friday product I bought that made me eligible for the gift card. I don’t know what Apple is doing, but this is unacceptable. I will call them today.

Still no joy with this.
Rang Apple CC again. They said there is a huge backlog and confirmed that they will send it again. Lets see.
 
Received the GC finally in the email and tried to use it at the online apple store
Gift card has zero balance - I am told
What a joke is this
