I got this message when I opened Chrome.
But it doesn't tell which extension it is.

did you look at what extensions you have installed?

did you follow the instructions and tap Restore Settings?

what were you doing when you got this popup?

I was just opening the browser when I got that popup. I clicked on Restore Settings and it turned off a proxy extension, so that must have been it.
