When you get your new iPhone 5, post your Geekbench results here. I'm going to post mine, and if you have other results from other phones, put them here as a comparison.

Can somebody run GLESView and tell us what the GPU is? Seems nobody has found out yet!

Yea, I will be setting up my phone "as new"... not from a back up. I do not want to bring any "junk" from my old phone.

Additional: Do not know how much of a difference this makes, but still gonna do it.

After syncing for the first time, I did a hard reset on it. Try that and then another Geekbench score.

Ok just tried that and now I got a lower score
If this were you guys and it didn't impove would you return the phone?

I get around 1000 on battery and 1600 plugged in is it normal for this difference to occur?

I've had over 1800 from my S3. The iPhone 5 is the most consistent though at usually 164X. Sometimes the S3 is below 1600 but the average is around 1700. 4S is 600 odd and 4 is 300 odd.

Added: just done a 'best of 7' and S3 is 1763 avg and iPhone 5 1646 avg. So from a geekbench perspective S3 is out in front.
