Anyone seen this warning pop up before? My 2GHz MacBook HD has 160GB free (of 250GB) w/ 2 GB memory. Never a problem until I opened it from sleep mode and it ran very slow (spinning beachball and fan running just to open Safari). Restarted it twice but got this warning each time. What might cause this?

Use Disk Utility and select "Repair Disk". Disk Utility is in your /Applications folder or perhaps your /Applications/Utilities folder.
