I think infinally found my perfect case for my 6 plus. I just put on the Otterbox Symmetry and I absolutely love it. It might be the perfect case for me. Thin yet durable and a good lip on the front.

What about you all?

I haven't found the perfect case. I've easily tried a dozen cases already. I do have the stm harbour coming in the mail so maybe that will be the one. I haven't got a chance to try any of the otter box cases or the usual favourite speck candyshell grip. I'm sure I'll definitely like one of those.

I usually to thru a LOT of cases, but I might have hit it on my third for my iPhone 6 Plus.

The Powersupport Air Jacket in rubberized black is close to perfect for the 6 Plus. Very thin, great feel, nice fit. Makes the SG iPhone look like a black iPhone!

If I want more protection I go to the Apple leather case.

I have been through many many cases for my 6+ silver and after getting the PS Air Jacket in clear matte I was completely satisfied I absokutely LOVE this case. It does not creak like the rubber black one (which I had gotten as well but sold) and also I have ZERO issues with any color rub on it from jeans/slacks etc. this is the version direct from Power Support. The fit is absolutely perfect, it is so slim and sleek, feels amazing in the hand vs slippery and greasy like regular clear cases. The matte finish matches the back of the silver 6+ perfectly.

I could not be happier with this case it retains the beautiful design of the phone and offers the perfect amount of protection for me as someone who doesn't want anything bulky like an otter box etc.

Same here, only I got the Apple Store version, which has a 1mm lip and may be slightly thicker.

IPhone 6 Plus - Space Gray. I finally settled on a modified black Otterbox Defender. I removed the plastic screen protecter and replaced it with a Zagg HDX. Works very well and ironically the Zagg protects the phone from the Otterbox. I own a landscape construction business so I need the protection this type of case provides.

I am a fan of the minimal cases and prefer white on my white Plus. Usually I purchase maybe a dozen cases trying to find the right one for me. Then I usually settle on one and use it all the time. Once I find what I want, I don't switch off and on with the other cases.

This time I started with the Apple silicone case in white as it was available when I got my phone. I was concerned that the silicone especially in white would look like crap in a couple of weeks pulling stains from handling it. But I bought it anyway. Then I went in search of a super thin polycarbonate case in either solid white or frost. I bought the Caudabe Veil which is very thin and frost. This is a very good case and like what I wanted. Then came along the Shumuri with the bottom covered as well. So I ordered a couple of them. The Shumuri quality wasn't great - holes not aligned perfectly. I could have asked for replacements. But with these super thin cases, I found myself being careful every time I put it down due to the camera lens sticking out. Also, even though these types of cases have been my preference over the years, this time with the Plus, I feel the need for more grip.

So I went back to my original - the white Apple Silicone. I really like the white on white. I like that it is so well made that it almost becomes part of the phone. Best of all, I love the feel of the silicone. It is kind of weird - has almost a slimy feel but also gives great grip. I know that makes no sense, but for those that have tried this case, you'll know what I mean. With this case, I totally love the feel in hand. And maybe best of all, after 2 months of use, it still looks brand new.

So glad I found the perfect case for me without purchasing those dozen cases. And I've sent the cases I didn't like on to other MacRumor buds. So not a bag of them sitting around collecting dust.

I have a Kavaj dallas. It's great but I'm still looking for a good hard case for my Plus. Wanted a folio because the screen kept scratching on those stupid button nubs from that little coin pocket on my jeans.

I have a spigen hybrid metal but my reception dropped because of it.

Another vote for the Power Support Air Jacket, but the FORCE version. I like the lip, because I lay my phone on it's face a lot.

I'm still looking for a leather pouch/sleeve for my 6+ with a pull tab that has a flat seam at the sides so it doesn't make the phone another centimetre wider...

Probably the Proporta black leather pouch or the Issentiel one gets closest, but the Proporta is a bit boring and I'm not sure how much larger the Issentiel makes the phone.

Any suggestions?

FORCE AJ version from Apple Store or did you get the non FORCE version from Power Support?

Does the lip wrap around the screen a lot? Will this work with the Zagg glass?

It should. I have a tech armor glass and it is no problem. I love the case just don't understand why the lip is so much more pronounced at the bottom than the top

Based on the descriptions I read on this thread I went with the non-Force version directly from Power Support. I never lay down my phone with the screen facing down, so did not really want the lip. Plus the rounded edge of the glass still looks amazing!

Spigen ultra hybrid in clear . I love the fact that the whole border of the case flashes when flash for notifications is on !!!

I have the Apple leather case and a cheap one from eBay for 2.00 and a Spigen case. I'm still searching.
I love the Apple leather case though. By far, my favorite.

I tried on the symmetry today and the lip near the volume and power buttons has a lot of give to it. It pushes against my screen protector when pressing the buttons. This was the only flaw I found on this case. Hopefully this will be fixed in a revision.

The perfect 'docking station' case

I'm still in pursuit of the perfect case to work seamlessly with my docking station. It needs to be cut out at the bottom to allow it to sit snuggle on said docking station. Apple produce a silicone case that does just this, but £25 is too pricey for what you get.

Anyone have any ideas? I've searched high and low to no thus far...:(

I absolutely love the Apple silicone case. I've tried quite a few others but find the Apple by far and away the best. I know it's a little pricey. But so worth the perfect fit and cutouts along with the overall feel in hand and ability to have a clean looking case all the time. I've had the white silcone on my phone for 2 months and it looks like new.

I just backed the BEST case!

I have a temporary Spigen case to keep my iPhone 6 protected until I receive my Lenmar HAVOC. I never have my cords with me so having a battery case and one that can fall off the treadmill and withstand wine spills-- will make my life so much easier! Has anyone else tried Lenmar's battery cases?
